Third, Holy Father reveals to you that the souls under the altar are young victims of unholy sacrifices, that the sacrifices are currently happening on earth many times per day, that the victims are asking when their blood will be avenged on you and everybody else on earth, and that when the sacrifices have stopped their blood will be avenged. He reveals those four items of bad news to you, so that you can ask him in faith to reveal a second thing to you, namely, how you can participate in stopping the sacrifices.

Now, you pray persistently for the second revelation until you receive it, and when you receive it, you will see that it is a novus evangelium, a new message of good news for you to start bringing to the baptized, as you continue bringing the Gospel of Christ to the unbaptized. Zach received the second revelation, but only after several years of praying persistently, using a trial and error approach, until he finally found the way that will work.

That narrow way is to divide abortion into two categories, coercive and non-coercive, and to focus solely on stopping coercive abortion. Since coercive abortion is one of the two categories of reproductive coercion (the other being coercive pregnancy), "pro choice" people will work with "pro life" people to stop coercive abortion. If and when coercive abortion is stopped, women will no longer want to get non-coercive abortions either, thereby rendering the "pro choice versus pro life" debate meaningless. Therefore, the way that you can participate in stopping the unholy sacrifices of the Fifth Seal is for one of you to write the petition to stop forced abortion and for the rest of you to sign the petition. The petition will request lawmakers to write a bill of law, which would give every pregnant female a way to ensure that nobody will coerce her into getting an abortion. It would do that by giving her the option to certify the debts of prenatal and postnatal support, which are owed to her offspring, so that if anyone was to kill the creditor, i.e. her offspring, the debts would not be forgiven but would instead be converted into reimbursement for wrongful death, payable to the caretaker(s) of the child(ren) specified on the certificate, or if none are specified, then to the caretaker(s) of child(ren) known by the state to be in need.

Thanks to advancements in DNA paternity testing, every pregnant female is now able to submit proof of paternity, in the form of a blood sample, long before she begins to show. That makes it safe for her to exercise the new option that she will have under the anti-coercion law.

The novus evangelium is this: every Christian is now invited to participate in stopping the unholy sacrifices of the Fifth Seal. The new evangelization is this: go and bring the novus evangelium to every house of God. Whoever believes and participates will be clear from the blood of all, but whoever does not believe will not be clear. Keep evangelizing the unbaptized too, by bringing them the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which is that the Christ died for your sins and rose from the dead on the third day, both according to scripture. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved from their sins, but whoever does not believe will be condemned for their sins.

The novus evangelium can be called the neuvangel, from the Greek neuaggelio, which means new message of good news. The Gospel and neuvangel are short enough to print on the back of a business card, which neuvangelists can carry, so that they can neuvangelize by simply giving their business card to any person, baptized or unbaptized.
