A Novus Evangelium for the Baptized
There is a way to participate in stopping the unholy sacrifices of the Fifth Seal.
To all who were my fellow parishioners at the Annunciation of the Lord when our altar was attacked,
Grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. I have given you a reason why our altar was overturned during Mass, but it is not the only reason. Since a good Father would not give us bad news without also giving us the good news, there must be two reasons why our altar was overturned, a proximate reason (the bad news) and an ultimate reason (the good news).
The Proximate Reason Why Our Altar was Overturned |
It's time for God to reveal to us that the souls under the altar in the Fifth Seal1 are not the martyrs who gave up their lives as a holy sacrifice (as we've always thought) but are instead the young victims of unholy sacrifices. |
In no way does that diminish the appropriateness of having the relics of red or white martyrs under the altar. But the revelation is bad news nonetheless, because it means that the unholy sacrifices are happening today, and scripture says that the victims are asking when their blood will be avenged on us who live on the earth.2 Moreover, their blood will be avenged when the sacrifices have stopped.3 That's the bad news.
We can expect the good news to be that there is a way that we can participate in stopping the unholy sacrifices, so that we can be clear from the blood of the victims on the day that their blood is avenged. Learning that way from God is therefore the ultimate reason why our altar was torn down.
The Ultimate Reason Why Our Altar was Overturned |
It's time for God to teach us the way that we can participate in stopping the unholy sacrifices of the Fifth Seal, so that we can be clear from the blood of the victims on the day that their blood is avenged. |
We learn from God as a college student learns from a professor.4 But it took me several years to learn, because I learned by trial and error, and there was a lot of that. Since it was frustrating, I kept trying to drop the class. But every time I tried, I would bring my gift to the altar, and there I would remember that God had something against me.5 Our altar was torn down, so that we could take his class, and I had no excuse for trying to drop it.6
Rather than bore you with all the trial and error, I will show you the method that was successful. It's a divide-and-conquer algorithm. First, divide abortion into two categories, elective and coercive. Then focus solely on stopping coercive abortion. Here are four good reasons why it's best to use the divide-and-conquer approach:
Fortunately, we are now able to design a bill of law, which would give every pregnant female an option that she can safely exercise to take away the motive for coercive abortion. It appears that the best name for this bipartisan bill of law is the "Right to Choose Life Act."9 The following is the description of the RTCL Act:
The Right to Choose Life Act |
The RTCL Act is a bipartisan bill of law, which would give every pregnant female the option to certify the debts of prenatal and postnatal support, which are owed to her offspring, so that if anybody was to kill the creditor (her offspring), the debts would not be forgiven, but would instead be converted into reimbursement for wrongful death, payable to the caretaker(s) of the child(ren) specified on the certificate of creditorship, or if none are specified, then to the caretakers of children known by the state to be in need. |
In the 2020 version of the bill, the option was a requirement, and the certification was only for the debt of postnatal support. Despite those two problems, 200 people signed the petition that I created for the 2020 version. To make the bill fair to men, the certification was expanded to include the debt of prenatal support; and to make the bill constitutional, the requirement was changed to an option. The latter change was made in 2023.
Since the pregnant female wouldn't be able to certify the debt of postnatal support without also certifying the debt of prenatal support, she wouldn't be able to disincentivize coercive abortion without also disincentivizing elective abortion. This is why stopping coercive abortion would also cause the other type of abortion to stop (see first Venn diagram below). That should please "pro-life" people.
Coercive pregnancy would also stop happening, because remaining pregnant would no longer be against the will of the pregnant female, and government cannot force her to do something against her will if doing it is no longer against her will (see second Venn diagram). Therefore, stopping coercive abortion would also cause the other type of reproductive coercion to stop. That should please "pro-choice" people.
Once a bill has been designed, the next step is to create a petition that people can sign, requesting legislators to pass the bill into law. As I just mentioned, the petition was created in 2020 and the design of the RTCL Act was completed in 2023. At that time, the admins of the petition website allowed me to update the petition, since the updates were simple improvements to the original design.
The next step was to summarize the new message of good news in just a few words, like how St. Paul summarized the Gospel of Christ.10 An angel holds an eternal gospel, which is for ALL the people on the earth,11 not just the unbaptized but also the baptized. Therefore, the evangelium aeternum must consist of the Evangelium Christi for the unbaptized and a novus evangelium, or neuvangel, for the baptized.
Evangelium Aeternum (Eternal Gospel for the Unbaptized and the Baptized) | |
Evangelium Christi (Gospel of Christ) | Novus Evangelium (Neuvangel) |
The Christ (Jesus) died for our sins and rose from the dead on the third day, both according to scripture. | Every Christian is now invited to participate in stopping the unholy sacrifices of the Fifth Seal. |
Next, we need a plan to bring the neuvangel to the whole Church. We should pattern it off the plan to bring the Gospel of Christ to the whole world. The plan recorded in Mark's Gospel seems to work best.12
The Evangelization (Great Commission) | Neuvangelization (New Commission) |
Bring the Gospel to every (unbaptized) person. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved (from their sins), but whoever does not believe will be condemned (for their sins). | Bring the neuvangel to every Christian. Whoever believes and accepts it will be clear from the blood of the sacrificial victims, but whoever does not believe will not be clear. |
The neuvangel is an invitation. To accept it is to participate in stopping the unholy sacrifices, and to participate is to sign the petition for the bipartisan Right to Choose Life Act. It's that simple. Since Christians gather at a church, that's where the neuvangel needs to be announced. As for which church will go first, I've learned through trial and error that no church, other than the Annunciation of the Lord, will go first.
That's where you and I come in. It's written that it's a sin to know what we ought to do and then not do it.13. I know what I ought to do, and I'm doing it now. As for what you ought to do, is it to read the petition, sign it, let me know if you have any questions, and maybe help me ask the bishop for permission to announce the neuvangel at the Annunciation of the Lord?14
If so, a link to the petition can be found on my two websites listed below. Also listed are my email and Facebook group. Nothing would please me more than to hear back from each one of you. Even if I'm wrong about all of this, please let me know where I went wrong, so that I can ask our Teacher about it. Thank you and may God bless you.

9 The "Right to Choose Life Act" seems to be the best name for three reasons: i. Coercive abortion is the violation of a woman's unalienable right to choose life, ii. Governments are instituted to protect the unalienable rights of its people (according to the Declaration of Independence), and iii. The phrase "choose life" appeals to both "pro-choice" and "pro-life" people.
